When plans for the new luxury residential tower 2100 Hamilton were first announced in June 2019, one of the Art Museum area development’s most talked-about aspects was its private garden: At nearly a half-acre, the urban landscape’s design would feature vibrant greenery, an event plaza, multiple fire features and decorative elements like a pergola and a 40-foot cascading water wall. Tom Bock, president and CEO of Bock Development, had no idea how valuable this expansive garden would be in the weeks and months following the pandemic.
